How long does it take to build and ship my PC?
Most builds complete assembly and quality testing within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes another 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
Can I upgrade my PC later on?
Absolutely. All our systems are built on standard ATX/mATX/ITX motherboards with accessible expansion slots and drive bays—so you can add RAM, storage, or swap graphics cards as your needs evolve.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?

What warranty and support do you provide?
Every PC comes with a 2-year parts and labor warranty. You’ll also have access to our expert support team via live chat, email, or phone for setup help and troubleshooting.

Can I see my PC’s performance benchmarks before I buy?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked return window on unopened systems. Custom builds may incur a restocking fee if opened or modified. See our Return Policy page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping rates vary by destination.
How do I track my order?

Can you install third-party software or custom OS images?
