Scope of Warranty 

Returns are applicable only for items that are faulty or defective upon delivery. Customers must  report such issues within the 7 days return period to be eligible for a replacement. 

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. 

Software compatibility issues are not covered under warranty and do not qualify for returns or  refunds. 

Hardware and Other compatibility issues are not covered under warranty and do not qualify for  returns or refunds. 

Software products are sold as-is, with no warranty provided. Returns and refunds are not permitted. 

No warranty or return eligibility applies to damages resulting from customer actions, including  physical force, fire, water, or other environmental factors. Customers are responsible for any such  damage. 

Issues related to software compatibility, including installation errors, system conflicts, or  unsupported platforms, are not covered under warranty. Such cases do not qualify for returns or  refunds. 

Returns for faulty products require inspection before approval. For certain items, verification will be  conducted by the respective brand’s service centre, which may take up to 14 working days for  processing a replacement or return. 

Products covered by a third party warranty card or direct agent warranty are not eligible for exchange. 

Dead pixels are a natural occurrence in LCD panels, which consist of millions of microscopic  electronic pixels. If a pixel stops functioning correctly, it may appear as a bright or dark dot. Industry  premium standards recognize between 2 to 4 defective pixels as acceptable. To ensure the best visual  experience, panels with up to 5 dead pixels are considered within the normal range. 

Except as provided in this warranty and to the extent permitted by law, IBUY PC SDN BHD is not liable  for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a breach of warranty or  any other legal theory. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of use, revenue, actual or anticipated  profits (including profits from contracts), actual money, anticipated savings, business, opportunity,  goodwill, reputation, or data integrity; downtime; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.  This also covers costs related to equipment and property replacement, as well as expenses incurred  in recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing programs or data stored in or used with products  purchased from IBUY PC SDN BHDs. Additionally, the company is not responsible for any failure to  maintain the confidentiality of data stored on IBUY PC SDN BHD’s products.
